What we do
We make custom string art portraits. A customer uploads a photograph, our software converts it into a path a single thread follows around 200 nails, and we produce that piece and ship it.
Using this site
You may browse, design a piece and place an order. You may not attempt to disrupt the service, extract data automatically, or use the site to upload content you have no right to use.
We try to keep every description, price and delivery window accurate. If an obvious error slips through — a price that is plainly wrong, for instance — we may cancel the affected order and refund it in full rather than honour the mistake.
Intellectual property
The name Linea, the site design, the texts and the algorithm that turns a photograph into a nail sequence belong to us. Nothing here grants you a licence over them.
Your photograph remains entirely yours. Uploading it grants us only the narrow permission needed to produce and deliver your piece. We do not publish it, sell it, or use it to advertise without asking you first.
Liability
We are responsible for delivering what you ordered, in the condition described. We are not responsible for interruptions caused by your connection, your device, or a third-party provider outside our control.
Nothing in this notice limits the rights the law gives you as a consumer.
Law and jurisdiction
Spanish law governs this notice. If you are a consumer resident elsewhere in the European Union, you keep every protection your own country grants you, and you may bring a claim before the courts where you live.
